Need valuable suggestion

Dear sir,
I have sent a legal notice to my wife stating that to return back to the matrimonial home 0n 5-10-2010,before filing RCR, but still we have not received any reply, i requested my advocate to call my wife and ask for whether they are willing to come for compromise but they straight away said Divorce
Now i have filed RCR , whether they apply divorce or should they reply for my RCR and then they proceed for divorce,
please advice me what to do

Both the petitions shall run simultaneously and can be got clubbed on the application of either party to the contest. Your wife shall have to reply RCR petition like and you have to reply her petition.

What would they adopt could only be replied by then. Once you have filed the case, you have to proceed with it to reach its logical conclusions.

Author must wait for some time and observe the outcome of legal proceedings.

She may file or may not file the divorce petition.
If she filed divorce petition that etition and your petition will run simultaneously. If your case is decreed there is no use because it is non executable order.
