Can a Mother-in-law claim maintenance from her daughter-in-law under PWDV Act-2005.

1. If yes, then kindly give citations.
2. If no, then then kindly give citations.

Also what could be format for filling application U/S 91 Cr.P.C.

Cannot claim maintenance. But as per Sec 2(q) daughter in law coming within meaning of the relative through husband, so can make a complaint.

No mother in law can get maintenance either from son in law or daughter in law.
