No. The cheques is only valid up to six months from the date of drawn. If he has presented the cheque on 17.7.2010. He will be issue demand notice will be issued within 30 days from the date of return. He has issued a notice on 21.2.2011. It is comes under delay in issuing the notice and it is not maintainable. contested the matter.
