Transfer Of House in the Name OF Wife

My Late Father had purchased A property and Had constructed House on the Said Property which is in his name. Now After His Expiry I Want to Tranfer the House In the Name OF his Wife/my Mother.

What Would BE the Procedure and Documents required along with the death certificate of the property owner.

You can transfer your share through gift deed in favour of your mother.

You cannot transfer the said hour property in the name of your mother, because after the death of a person intestate his legal heirs are entittle to get equal share in the properties. So You all I mean legal heirs of your father's will have to execute the regd., rights relinquish deed in your mother's name

Yes first you have to transfer your share of property in your mother's favour. Thereafter you can make mutation in her name,

How many legal heirs are available. If all the legal heirs are agreeing the property can be registered in the name of your mother.

I am the Only son of the Family of Which Said House was In My Late Fathers Name which has been incorporated with Housing Federation Society.
Now After the demise of my Father With An Application/Intimation to the Society Members And Housing Society Federation, I want the property/premises to be known in my mothers name or want the Inclusion of my Mothers name in the place of My Late father.

Kindly Advice over the matter.
