Dear Sir,I whole heartedly thank all of you for giving your valuable advise.
This incidance of physical relationship happened in various resorts.
This boy is staying in a district & the girl & the mahila sangam is at city.
Kindly advise me where to lodge F.I.R.
In city or the district where the boy is staying.
Once again I thank all of you & request you to extend your kind co-operation as & when needed.

KINDLY NOTE THAT.
1.CRIMINAL COMPLAINT SHOULD BE FILED IN THE LOCAL POLICE STATIONS HAVING AREA JURISDICTION AS PER PLACE OF OFFENCE.
2YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED THE EXACT LOCATION .THE SAID VICTIM CAN FILE COMPLAINT AT THE POLICE STATION WHERE SHE STAYS.GOOD LUCK.

Grounds are required to file a criminal case. Only you have said "physical relationship is happened in various resorts" it is not a sufficient ground to lodge a complaint.
Whether boy is not ready to marry? If it is like that then she will have to file a complainant in her city stating that boy made her to believe that he would marry and cheated her.
