Who is liable for Medical Negligence?

please narrate the incident.It is not clear as to what you want to ask or present.

only an expert medical team could judge,whether there is any negligence on the part of attending physician/s.

For the medical negligence doctor is liable who attends the patient.

if it is criminal negligence the doctor who done the operation is liable. but he can claim general exceptions as defence. In civil negligence the management along with doctor liable as master and servant relationship exists.
