Intimation of date after divorce case transfer

Hi,my divorce case (filed by me) has been transferred from my city to my wife's city based on HC order to transfer the case.
My question-
1) How will I know about the new date which has been fixed for the case at the new court(wife's place).
2) Will the new court send me any notice of the date?
3) What if I do not get the notice on time/my in-laws manipulate delivery of the notice so that I do not get it. Is there any risk on my side ?

1. the court will issue summons to you.
2. Yes. That notice is called summons.
3. If the summons is served, then a fresh summons will be issued one more time. Thereafter, if the service is done and you failed to appear before court, then the matter will be heared ex-parte which means by hearing one party only.

Yes court will send you the notice of hearing. Any how engage an advocate there he will help you in finding the date of hearing.
