Respected sir/madam,
I need your help in one case of my friend. He was married and his married life was a case of misery and loss.( I am sorry i cannot give much details of his case because of his request.) He needs to know what all medical test he can ask the honourable court to prove that he doesnot have a physical relationship with his wife. His wife always refused to have physical relation with him . He testifies that he doesnot have a physical relation with her but now has to prove to honourable court.
Request you all to please help in this matter.

Physical contact with a wife cannot be proved by the test. Her virginity can be tested

Thank you R.K.Nanda sir and Rajeev sir,
My friend's Lawyer has advised him for, DNA Test, Hymen test and 2 finger Test to prove that there is no physical relation between these 2 persons.
They are living seprately for 3 years,
Is these tests sufficient or he has to go undergo differnet Test to prove his innocence.
Your valuable suggestion can save him. Due to his depression he was already on the way of sucide,now because of a psychologist treatment he is on the way of recovery.
