My client is co-owner with her mother. Her mother expired and she is the only legal heir. The Property in question is piece of land and on which bunglow is constructed. Now if she wants to sell the property,which documents are required to produced before seller.The Property is situated in vada in Thane District.

The death certificate and heirship certificate are sufficient.

the death certificate of her mother and an affidavit of ur client solemnly affirmed before the first class magistrate about her identity and the death of her mother, in other words a declaration as to legal heirs hip and succession over the said scheduled property, and most important she should declare such facts in the Deed of Conveyance and to execute in favour of purchaser.
