R deed

We are 3 brothers and 1 sister,
1 flat and roof is in my mothers name,, now as she expire, we want to sell dat flat and roof..

so want to know can r deed be created in the name of all 4 children(3 son and 1 daughter)
so the amount of property can be share equally.

if not what is the best solution

All the four of you joined together can execute the Sale Deed and divide the proceeds according to your share.

Legally you all 04 are co-owners and all needs to execute sale deed(personally or by POA) the proceeds of the sale would be shared 1/4 th each and it shall address tax front also.
