my poperty is going to auctioned through court as my father borrowed a loan from illegal money lender at interest rate a 2.25 % per month with compromised decree.Now this propeerty is our single property & our livelihood & our father is not also not present in this world .plz help me as how to stop the auction in punjab

you mean to say consent terms were signed . hence compromise order was passed and suit disposed of . if you have failed to comply with consent terms or compromise decree in execution property would be attached and sold

You can yourself deposit the decreetal amount or can take part yourself in auction proceeding or can purchase it from court but main question is that the agreed amount shall have to be paid by you to save your property.
