seeking advice ( forget to attest the annexures in Rejoinder

(Querist) 06 October 2009 This query is : Resolved
I have filed the Rejoinder before the CAT but forget to attest (self-attest) the Annexures and my next date of hearing is on next week
Please inform whether I should approach the registry for correction of the same or whether registry will list it at this stage as O.A no has already been allotted
Regards
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 07 October 2009
it is not a mistake, it is techinical mistake just you file the annexures along with a memo on the next hearing.

Agreed with Rajeev.

file the annexures along with a memo on the next hearing.

Not on the next hearing. Just file it immediately and mention it before the presiding officer on the next date. As the rejoinder has been filed even with technical lacunae , both parties and presiding officer must be ready for the arguments. Also prepare for the arguments.
