IN CIVIL SUIT FOR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE , DEPENDENT NEITHER SIGNED THE WRITTEN STATEMENT NOR GAVE AFFIDAVIT ,EVEN DID NOT APPEAR IN THE DEF. EVIDENCE . AS WELL AS VAKALATNAMA WAS SIGNED BY SOME GPA , WHOSE GPA IS NOT VALID FOR THIS CASE .
SHOULD THE CASE COULD NOT NOT BE DECREED ON THIS TECHNICAL GROUND ONLY.
