Tenant society formation

Our building is a Old Tenanted property where there are about 15 tenants.

Whether a Society can be formed by the Tenants for maintenance purpose

Whether the Landlord can also become a member for his flats in the same buildings

Yes you can take the advise of a lawyer to handle such issues based on the prevailing situations.

1. Society can be constituted and registered, with the NOC of the Land-Lord.

2. It is the sole discretion of the Land-Lord to avail membership of the proposed Society, for his own held (or unsold) Flats in the building.
