Saving account freeze

hi i have a saving account in indusind bank in delhi from past 2 year.

some of my fried have deposited some money online on my account six month ago.

just few day back i came to know that six month back my account has freezed by bank because of some notice from Andhra police for suspecious activity .

now bank people are saying that they can not unfreeze my account untill they will get notice from andhra police to unfreeze account.

please advice someone what shoud i do.

please it is urgent .

my all earning is saved in this account.

COME WITH FULL FACTS.

(i) whether your account was used to park ill gotten money?

(ii) was transfer with your consent.

(iii) what did you do with the money?

(iv) whether any case is registered?

(v) where it is registered?

(vi) what case is registered?

(vii) against whom case is registered?

(viii) are you co-accused in the case?

As per your post the bank has frozen the a/c due to notice from law enforcement agencies.......................and apparently bank has not bothered to inform you.

Consult an able counsel ASAP.

If you strongly feel that you are not involved in any illegal activity either directly or indirectly, Issue notice to the bank and police department to release the attachment.

Bank is right in not releasing the money without permission from concerned police authority. Bank / account holder should take up the matter with concerned police authority.

Apparently bank has not bothered to inform you.On this count your lawyer may opine that you can pull the bank/banker.

Write a letter to the bank how your account is frozen without giving a notice to you. Contact Andhra Police under what grounds they have given notice to the bank to freeze your account.
