Land acquisition under NHAI act

Hi
My 0. 83 Acres of land acquired for national highway after giving notification in local newspaper on Jan 6 2017 which I have not seen and I have not received any notice in this regard.
The land is having stay from high court of A. P for state high way. Please advise about my legal options.

First check the Public Notice published in local newspaper to confirm and verify its truth. Next move an application for contempt in the High Court against the officers of/and against the authority which has given public notice and is going to acquire the land in spite the stay order of the AP High Court.
