What are the things of the consideration for the High Court before transfering any criminal application from one court to another court under s.407. Any citation of Supreme Court/ High Courts???.

Jurisdiction being improper where it was initiated.

convenience when multiple jurisdictions are involved.

inherent power of court is applicable.

anyone aggrieved could ask for review/revision. court must hear party who initiated proceeding before passing order of transfer. if not done, it could be quashed in appeal.
