How to get Family tree of the seller or the first allottee of the property

Hi All,

Can any one please advise what is the procedure to get Family tree of the first property.

You cannot get the details unless he disclosed the zeneology.

If you can trace the first owner's heirs and obtain Legal-Heirship certificate (it will work-out only if the said owner is no more), it may be possible to get the family tree.
