Respected Experts,
In the First appeal before Hon’ble High Court I have already filed Intervention Application to obtain rejection of some prayers of the Respondent’s Civil Application which affects my civil rights. The Hon’ble High Court allowed me to intervene and had been pleased to reject the said prayers which affect my right and thereafter disposed off my Intervention Application.
Now I am going to file application U/s. 340(1) of Cr.P.C., 1973 in the form of ‘Civil Application’. My query is : Once in the same First Appeal I was added as intervener, now can I file direct Civil Application U/s. 340(1) of Cr.P.C., 1973 without filing Intervention Application?
I have made inquiry to the office of the Dy.Register of the Hon'ble High Court, but my above matter the office could not suggest me stating that regarding such Application it was never seen in there life.Kindly suggest me your valuable advice.

Respected Sir,
I am a third party to the First Appeal which in question for the fact that there was an order in consent Minutes affecting my civil rights. How can I first became a party where the FA is not concerned with me and then I file separate Application U/S. 340(1) of Cr.P.C.?
Can I file Intervention Application along with the Application U/s. 340(1) of Cr.P.C.?
