Dear Sir,
I am constructing a site in east of kailash delhi,and a resident near the site has been repeatedly calling me for 2 months asking for sexual favour and have been messaging also.I tried calling delhi police anti obscene helpline but no one ever picked up or replied.Can you please guide me how to make a complaint against this person cos ive really got frustrated of him repeatedly calling me from twenty different numbers.please help me.

Just you go to the police statation and lodge your complaint or you can write a complaint to the superintendent of police

Do you know the person?
If yes then file petition in the court of Magistrate u/s 156(3) crpc for necessary direction upon the Police.

Send a registered complaint to police HQ, ITO, New Delhi and then wait for their action.

give a compliant to women organisation or NGO who would be helpful to press the issue in police station to take action because nowadays delhi is the hot topic and only this organisation will help to make it a public issue to nab such persons to safeguard you

record the calls . dont delete the sms sent . lodge written complaint with inspector copy to supdt of police and commissioner . call delhi helpline
