Sir I am on a case hit and run for past two years ,I attended 7 to 8 vaidhas only .for past one year I haven't attended a single vaidhas.now police officer called that they have a arrest warrant.pls give a solution sir.the man who I hitted was alright now.

Engage a lawyer, otherwise the police will take you for ride to harass you.

The postings lacks clarity. Apparently, you are the accused; how could it be a 'hit and run' case? What do you mean by 'vaidhas'?

Perhaps, posting simple facts avoiding subjective opinion would help us in making meaningful suggestions.

You have stated to have attended 7-8 proceedings (as may be presumed from the local term "viadhas" used by you) through some able, competent and intelligent lawyer whom you might have engaged, what is his/her opinion and advise?

1. Attend the court and file application to cancel arrest warrant, by providing proper Bond & Surety. This has be done immediately (without any court date) thru a lawyer. AFTER attend police station and produce the order of cancellation of arrest warrant..

2. Speak to the opposite party and try to settle amicably, PROVIDED the offences are not serious. Take help of vehicle insurance co., to settle the monetary compensation /claim.
