only doubt is can vendor bring suit under section 13 1(d).for what purpose he will bring suit.

Under section 13(1)(d)S R ACT,

1]The vendor shall file a suit for relief the buyer be ordered to buy the property he agreed to buy by specifically enforcing the agreement of sale entered between the two.

2]The lessor shall file a suit for relief the lessee be ordered to take possession of the leased property he agreed to accept by specifically enforcing the agreement of lease entered between the two.
