Your question is not clear.
However, I understood that you have given money to a person, he does not ready to repay the same.
In this circumstance,
if he has given any receipt or stamped receipt, you can initiate money recovery suit.
If he has given cheque, you can proceed criminal action u/s 138. This is fast and tough.
