Injunction/permission

(Querist) 28 November 2012 This query is : Resolved
Where can one find that no permission is required to construct boundary wall or fencing even for the agricultural land.

Is there any judgment providing injunction in favour of plaintiff so that state or any authority do not interfere in such construction?

what are the facts of your case

I dont find any rulings in this regard, but in my opinion permission is not necessary.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 29 November 2012
If Khewat is joint, no such construction can be made but if the khewat is specific of such person then also he can only make its fencing but cannot raise permanent boundary wall so as to create as farm house without obtaining the permission of Collector.
