(Querist) 10 May 2013 This query is : Resolved
A accused has been convicted in 1 of the 4 cases filed against him under section 138 of N. I.Act.

He has been proved guilty in all cases, but was acquitted in the 3 cases for the reasons that the original postal receipts and ad card was not filed but Xerox copies were filed, and in 1 case where the original was filed he has been convicted.

Can application be filed in the session court against the acquitance of the accused.
