Dear Sir,
Mr. A bought a plot of land jointly with his sister B. The exact share of each of them was not specified in the registry. A few years later they constructed a house on the plot. Mr. A lived in the house all the time while his sister lived away. Mr. A was not married and did not have any wife and children, while his sister B was married and had a husband and children. Mr. A died without leaving a will or a nominee. His mother and father were also not alive and he did not have any dependents. Who will now own the undivided share of Mr. A in the property after his death.

B being A's Class-II legal heirs, she will alone inherit A's undivided half share.

It is believed that deceased was Hindu.
Since ClassI legal heir are not present ClassII shall inherit. Sister being alone ClassII legal heir shall inherit full share.

Based on the information furnished by the author, B, being the sister and Class II and the only surviving legal heir to the deceased who died intestate, shall inherit the share of her brother A's property besides securing her own share in the proeprty.
