Dear Arti
He should declare before the priest about his intention to accept Hinduism and the priest may issue a conversion certificate after doing all the religious rituals regarding the conversion.

Changing religion just for the sake of marriage is unethical and undesirable. However if one wants to convert to hinduism he/she may contact any temple priest or office.U can also approach Arya Samaj office in UR area, who often indulge in conversions and also perform marriages, which are valid in the court of law.
But also be read.y to face the consequences from both the religions which may lead to unwarranted problems.SO THINK TWICE BEFORE U LEAP

Mere a self declaration is enough to convert as a Hindu. Subsequently let him change his name as per the rules.

The priest of Arya Samaj Mandir shall perform "shudhikaran havan" after obtaining an affidavit for conversion and embrassing Hinduism.
