Possibility of doing 2 degrees simultaneously

I am currently doing MBA through distance education of a well known university. I am thinking about doing MSc in Mathematics because I like Mathematics very much.

I would like to know whether it is legally possible within India to do 2 such degrees simultaneously, that is, to do one course full-time and the other through distance learning

its depends on rules of respective university
if your mba is not in same univ. head then yes
if univ are same in both degree then in a year , you apply for degree form for one only this is solution but legally not

It is OK if the two degrees are from two different universities,say one from a regular college affiliated to a university and the other from a distance education university.
