Dear sir , My question is that the pa ration suit was still in the court . Only the preliminary decree was only passed by the court. We are applied for the final decree .The land was divided by the commission into 8 shares but one of the party objection raised to the division and another commission was appointed the procedure was going own. In this particular time the Plaintiff and diffident can make will to this property to another . Please give valuable advice.
