AFter the death of grandfather your grand mother alone cannot get transfer her name to the property, all the legal heirs of your grand father will be entittle for the share all will inherit the properties. So concerned authority is asked for the family tree

If other legal heirs of your grand father want to enter your grand mother's name to the property, all will have to relinquish their rights over the property in your gm's favour.

2) And what would be the cost of getting a self affidavite of my grandmother .

3) How long will it take for the transfer to happen as we have submitted all required docs only self affidavite and family tree is pending .
