Yes if the other co sharers disputes or disturbs his possession in respect of his share.

he cannot file injunction suit thru., partition deed. Only bare injunction suit is not maintainable, he has to get declare thru., partition deed and deed should be regd., one. If it is regd., then he can file a suit for injunction
