Fire Extinguishers in ATM Premises

Is this necessery to install a Fire Extinguisher in ATM Premises as per norms or provision of some act?

I referred the Shop & Establishment Act and observed that as per this act it is necessery for the establishment to ensure the fire safety measures, but this act applicable only for those establishment where some employees are based.
