Need advise for a friend both of them have mutually agreed to part ways.
the wife has decided to go abroad (msgd him is it valid proof for mutual separation) currently living together but have nothing to do with each other.
She has decided to move on after going abroad what precautions steps should he take to carry on life without future intereference / hindrance.
NEED URGENT ADVISE AS WOULD BE TRAVELLING EARLY NEXT WEEK

If both are not ready to live then both will have to file a mutual divorce petition.

Merely going to abroad can not amount to divorce by Mutual Separation, Court decree required.

First of all curb the practice of writing in sms language in such public forums like these, it is not understandable as well as it is not decency. As rightly observed by experts, merely going to abroad will not constitute the grounds for divorce, if she is not interested to live with him anymore a married life, she may dissolve her marriage by a decree of divorce on the mutual consent grounds but for that she has to wait for six months from the date of filing the case. the law cannot bend to her urgency.
