Why no correspondence llm course in india?

I want to do LLB course or LLM course. IGNOU does not have correspondence course. Why?
I posted questoin. Nobody replied. Why?
Help.

I sent letter to Bar council of India. No reply frm them also. Why?

You posed this questions in a wrong forum please. Experts here are not duty-bound to answer to such "WHYs" ?

Can learned expert Mr.Prasanna Advocate clarfy as to what does he means by "its a huge scam of sorts why they have removed the correspondence course" please? As far as I know, no University/ College was conducting LL.B and LL.M courses through correspondence. Who are that "they" quoted in your above statement.? Please spel out clearly.
