Dear all,

I require a suggestion on below

I have purchase a flat in 2007 in under construction building there after due to some personal reason for benefit of my child i have change my religion and name by doing offical government gazttee. Registration of flat is in old name whereas after wards i have inform the builder about same, all my other documents are in new name. Now while getting the share certificate i require to submit copy agreement to society which is in old name which i don't want to disclose it.

Can you guide me how can i get the agreement copy change in my new name bcoz all my home loan / Muncipal tax receipt/ light bill comes in new name.

To get the share certificate in the new name you have reveal it, no other way.

do i have to provide the agreement copy to society to get share certificate

also can you suggest can we get the agreement by changing name or any other option

You can submit the documents of name change alongwith agreement in old name and ask the society to give cert.in new name.

i agree with lrd friends !

with out the original agreement the society can not change it in your new name- on the basis of the Name Change documents - GO-
you have to file an affidavit with all these fats and agreement and name change documents - then the Society will be in position to consider your request !
