Alternate document to legal hire certificate?

Thanks for the answer for previous question.
Now the Legal Hire Certificate from the courts taking minimum 3 months after lots of lobbying, otherwise it might take 1 year as per the local counsel in hyderabad sub urban.
Are we having any alternate method to obtain equivalent document ,say from Talisdhar or sarpanch.

judicial process takes time . there is no short cuts in life . better obtain legal heirship certificate .

First enquire whether Tehshildar or Sarpanch has power or authority to issue such certificate or not.
Even if it issue do enquire whether the same would be admitted as valid piece of evidence or not.
In WB , such officers can not issue valid heirship certificate.

No authority other than the appropriate court can issue a legal hair certificate.
You can approach your Tahsildar's office for details.

legal Heirship Certificate is issued by Tehsildar in Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J & K, UP, Bihar, MP, CHG, Jharkhad, UKD and various other States and process therein is of a single day so enquire whether this is available in your State or not and do accordingly.
Anyway congrats for the lobbyists who forced the authorities to reduce the time taken from 1 years to 3 months.

The Revenue authorities, who issue death dertificate also issue legal heir certificates. But, if they feel controversy,instruct to obtain it from the court.You should ensure the admissibility of it if it is obtained from the Tahsildar.
