whether Advocate can be partner of the firm, or he can run business in his name, or he can take any contract/Franchice of the Central or State Govt ( Franchice means Ticket booking franchice of State Road Transport Corporation ) in his name

If he is enrolled to the bar council then he cannot do the business.
