Appeal to set aside exparte eviction decree

(Querist) 23 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
summons were served on tenant who appeared throgh his lawyer but did not appear afterward in court proceedings. when case reached stage of exparte evidence of plaintiff he moved application to set aside exparte evidence which was agreed to but after that he again did not appear. as a result eviction order passed exparte. can application for setaside of exparte ordes be made if so what is the time limit as per law of limitation.
