real case.
1)A person gives GPA to an individual. That individual performs sale deed to a company.
2)Later company comes to know that name of the village entered is different from the real village name but survey no entered in the sale deed is correct.
3) GPA holder performs a rectification deed. Where as GPA holder and buyer has taken signature of the owner in first sale deed /in rectification sale deed the owner is not consulted/not signed.
what are legal implications of this transaction? is it legal enough? what is the result?

When the owner has signed on the First Sale deed, then his signature is necessary on the rectification deed,because sale deed is executed by the owner not by the GPA holder
