R/s,i have joined this site as i need the help of lawyers who are on this site.My cousin has used fake graduation certificate to get a job in public sector.At present he is in prison so can he gets bail and for how many years he has to spent in prison.please tell any solution to cope up with this problem.

Yes, he can get bail and for that take the help of local lawyer.

bail is also granted in murder cases so he shall also get it and so far as the time in prison is concerned, it cannot be told by even a local lawyer. Your concern should not be to know the time but how to defend the case vigorously and effectively with the help of lawyers and you concentrate thereon.
