Revocation of power of attorney

Dear Friends,

Can a "Irrevocable Power of Attorney" be reovked?

If yes, what is the procedure?

No. If the power of attorney has been given for some consideration it cannot be revoked but in any other case it can be revoked by getting the revocation deed registered with the registrar of assurances.
