I had applied for issue of my fresh passport. Police verification was done in sept. first week and has been sent to passport office ghaziabad on 13th sept. 2012. But passport office saying report has not been uploaded and approved electronicaly by SP office meerut. Whereas SP office says there is no such system in place. Both offices are stick on their version and I am the sufferer. Can I take any leagal help in this issue. To which judicial authority I can approach.

Please help me.

have patience . no neeed to antagonise passport officials .
