Organiser take permission from all the society members for build up co.op.store in common plot and submit this permission to concern authority for approval of co.op.store construction lay-out plan.

The concern authority approved lay out plan on the basis of this society permission.

On the basis of this permission organiser sold common plot area to the other person and making sale deed in his favour and taking money as sale consideration.

In this situation the common plot sale become valid sale or illegal sale ?
