Business on a property registerd on name of father

Dear Sir,
I want to start a business on the property which is registered on name of my father and already my father is doing business there. can it be possible to start two business at same property, can it be possible to to take sanction in written and start business at that palce. but if in same condition all the management is done by my father but the business is just registered on my name everything else is being managed by my father.

Yes, you can start by obtaining NO OBJECTION from your father for rent free accommodation and getting Trade Licence form the local authority as well as others registering concern.

Depends upon the nature of business. If the business requires obtaining prior permit, licence or permission from any Government department/local body, that would be necessary to be done, provided the commerical activity is allowed in the area by the local municipality and taxes applicable on commerical property are duly paid.
