dear lawyers listen to my words here .every lawyers and advocates should be like this character in the film YELLAM AVAN SEYAL "LK" a tamil movie dedicated for true lawyers .not like my lawyer a money catcher. and a serial "VANI RANI" radhika character.folloe this a be a good person in your profession

1. Lawyers (Advocates) are Professionals and NOT businessman. Hence it would be improper to label ANY lawyer as a "money catcher" .OR. "good or bad".
2. A Professional works on retainer fee basis. ANY Professional who provides his services for free, is not a Professional BUT a indirect "canvasser /scouter" out to mislead the other lot of True Professionals. IF you can afford the Professional's fees THEN retain (engage) him OR ELSE FORGET HIM .and. fight your own battles, instead of gibbering. It has become a pass-time fashion to criticize Lawyers, Doctors ....
3. ON THE CONTRARY, Litigants (clients) should know to Trust their Lawyers, instead of alleging Dishonesty, Cheating, and so on ....
IF no trust, THEN DO NOT engage the Lawyer. SIMPLE.
