Fake gpa

SIR Fake GPA dated 1988 was created in 2014 against my property by land owners&benami further they cancelled the fake GPA & executed a sale deed in 2014 to anti-social elements on my property now they have filed O.S against me in court. Can I initiate CCB (city crime branch) probe against them when the matter is in the court or how I can initiate probe against them now.

you can file FIR under misappropriation and GPA fraud, if GPA is fraudulent pl, under criminal law, if the police reject then file private complaint before the relevant judicial or metropolitan magistrate..any criminal action is a state prosecution only, and the state has to file and move the court for appropriate action pl

i just forget to state, that state prosecution depends upon its investigation, or magistrate directed police investigation

Defend the OS; simultaneously initiate criminal proceedings. Both civil and criminal proceedings are permissible and possible.
