My self purchase a piece of land in the year 1984 my cussing brother has sold half of the land saying my right can I get back my total area of land through cancellation of deed

1. "IF" you are the "SOLE" Title-Owner of your Land, THEN your cousin brother has no rights "whatsoever" to sell any portion of your land.

2. File a Criminal case of Cheating and Misrepresentation against your cousin brother and the land-purchaser.

3. For cancellation of this false Deed, approach the local Civil Court, AFTER making a due police complaint.

Since your have purchased land, your cousin does not have any right on it.
You can get back your land through cancellation deed. File a petition for cancellation of sale deed.
File a police complaint against your cousin.
