We got married in 8th if fen 2015 and within first few days of marriage I came to a conclusion that some thing is wrong with her and after lot of mediation filed for annulment of marriage under sec 12 at my place in June 2015. She filed counter on September 2015. She filed RCR in October at her place and a transfer petition stating that she has RCR case at her place so transfer my petition to her place. How should i proceed now. Experts need your advice

Well, the nullity suit will be transferred to her place.
Once it is transferred , apply for clubbing of the suits so analogous hearing of the suits may take place.

Something is wrong with her,can U elaborate(My intention is to get a correct picture of the case)Annulment or RCR less than a year of marriage I think is not advisable.

What if I fight against her transfer petition in high court to get it transferred to some other place as I'm the one first registered the case and she file RCR just to get the case transferred. And what is the use of RCR after applying for nullify of marriage. There will be no execution of RCR until and unless nullity petition is passed or dismissed. If in case I with draw the nullity petition and file for divorce under sec 13 will there be any bad opinion on the divorce petition by judge?

SAINATH DEVALLA she is immature and can't do her work and donno anything. She has some kind of psychiatric problem attempted suicide before marriage and she'll be burden to me. She is so cruel that she'll do anything to get what she want. Her parents are trying to dominate me and want me to be her slave just listening to her. I took her to a psychologist and he said me take a decision on her now or else my life will be miserable. And he said that no doctor in country will certify her that she is normal and at the same time she is not fit for marital life.

Didn't U people find that odd behaviour in her either at the time of engagement or marriage? Could be some psychological problem,which she herself might be not knowing.

I don't agree with the assessment of the above Doctor,how did he conclude that way?

Engagement was cancelled as some one from her family was expired. I was not even allowed to talk to her. Yeah we suspected some thing wrong during marriage as there is nothing we can do during marriage. Came to a conclusion about her before in the first week of marriage and I kept her away from me. And I took her to counciling couple of time for a total of 8 sittings and her parents blamed and didn't cooperate with me during counciling. Doctor said there is nothing we can do if don't cooperate. Another thing is my in laws is having around 6-7 cases in court and is into politics can I fight on that to stop transfer of my petition
