Birth certificate legalize

Hi Sir,

My friend joining a new company and for travelling to Argentina they are asking to legalize the birth certificate from sub divisional magistrate and also asking for PCC (Police clearance certificate) should be legalized.

Kindly help me to whom i can reach and the procedure to follow.

He is from Tirupathi (AP), thanks in advance for all your help.

What do you mean legalize the birth certificate?, The birth certificate issued by the registrar of births and deaths is the authentic certificate and nothing else is required to prove his birth than this.
For police clearance certificate he may approach his jurisdictional police station with an application for this purpose.
