How to execute the international award passed by the international association in India and some part of the award is passed in the favour of the India company in India.

1. What is the opinion of the advocate who has contested and got the arbitration award in favour of Indian company?
2. Can an International Association in India pass an Arbitration Award, if yes, in what capacity?
3. How you are concerned, i.e., to pass an examination in law, to gain academic knowledge or to file an execution petiton of a client (DH) and earn money or any other purpose/reason?

Respected Dr. Vashista, with all due respect to your educational status, I request you to focus on my question which I have posted and by that question you will certainly get an idea that I am still a budding lawyer who himself has the queries with respect to the subject of Arbitration.
Though considering your questions,
I find myself a bit capable of answering the first question of yours.
There can be three answers for your question as follows;
1. The question is made to confuse.
2. The question has no connection with the opinion of the lawyer concerned.
3. The question is incomplete, as you have not made it clear that whether you concerned with the lawyer contesting the matter on behalf of the said Indian Company or the lawyer against the said Indian Company.
Please revert with the clear information you are looking for, will be glad to help.
Also in addition to your 3rd question, if you are pointing out my question's relevancy, I am trying to gain academic knowledge related to Arbitration.

NOW, WHAT I HAVE OBSERVED -
Even if you are a budding lawyer, I find that you have tried to teach the experts from whom you expect help, instead of replying to the queries of Dr. Vishista, who wanted to be more clear in his perception about your query.
Since your reply, "I am trying to gain academic knowledge related to Arbitration," reveals that you don't have any concern with the case and also that you want to gain only academic knowledge, if you are really a lawyer, you were to express your own opinion or doubt about the provision of specific section of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, instead of putting an academic question, to get appropriate reply to your puzzle about that.
So, please don't mind, my suggestion to you is to go through thoroughly the arbitration law to gain academic knowledge, as only the fully illustrated law books are the real source of academic knowledge. Moreover, you should not have expected the experts to open coaching classes to solve academic queries just to enhance their academic knowledge, more particularly those, who have no concern with any specific case.

1. I am grateful to you for considering my questions.
2. Reply 1 to 3 are inconsistant, evasive,rubish and irrelavant to my question qua arbitration (hypothetical) case in hand.
a) You should feel yourself (.....) by confusing me and expecting????
b) If the question is not connected with the lawyer's opinion, what prompted you to test my knowledge???
c)My Q 3 is absolutly clear if you want to take it, which I am sure (you have proved) you have evaded reply.
3. Donot adventure to take such question paper, my sincere advise.
